This large two-story, two-unit home will undergo several revisions in this latest update. Formerly occupied as four living units, the plan has been split and modified serval times in the house’s history. The only interior stair, a metal spiral stair, will be replaced with a new wooden stair that anchors the house in the center, and provides for an experiential path including built in shelving and stained glass. A new master bath suite will be constructed, along with a rear screened in porch, new envelope improvements, a rebuilt kitchen for the rental unit, and a finished attic space.
